Iuliu Maniu mother's line - mtDNA

On  February 6, 2020 I got the result from FTDNA about the maternal line of IULIU MANIU,
a Romania historic person, died in prison on February 5, 1953.

According to all we know until now there is no male from MANIU father's line to be tested.

Regarding the mtDNA I tested the daughter of my wife's second cousin who has the same
maternal line as the great IULIU MANIU:

1. Lucia Suciu is the mother of Lavinia Rata

2. Maria Cimoca is the mother of Lucia Suciu

3. Ileana Boila is the mother of Maria Cimoca

4. Livia Pop is the mother of Ileana Boila

5. Elena Maniu is the mother of Livia Pop

6. Iuliu Maniu is a brother of Elena Maniu

The mother of Elena and Iuliu was Clara Coroianu (1842-1929).

The mother of Clara was Iuliana Pop, the most distant mtDNA relative of Lavinia, born 1990.

The mtDNA group is K1a, and it has 2 matches on FTDNA at this moment, genetic difference 1 & 2.
